Shipping Policies

All orders are made fresh and shipped on Saturdays, Mondays, & Tuesdays. We do not ship on holidays or non postal working days.

Please make sure your address is correct with any specific apartment number or instructions.

You will not be able to change it once your order has been shipped. You will need to contact your local USPS post office in a timely manner to relocate.

You will receive a email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can then start to track it.

 

Orders are shipped with a ice pack and stored in fresh areas! A Ice Pack is included in the flat rate shipping price.

 

Once You Received Your Sea Moss Gel, Make Sure To Refrigerate For At Least 2 Hours Before use.

 

Orders Normally Take Around 1-5 Business Days. Shipping Times Vary On Different Locations.

All Sales Are Final Once Your Order Has Been Shipped. NO REFUNDS. You can request a refund in a timely manner only if you just placed your order and you have not received a tracking number.

We ship via USPS priority mail courier so that your gels are on your door-step usually within one to three days once shipped.

 

If somehow, an extreme delay and disturbance occurs with your items during causing the seal to be broken and for the gel to leak out or lose its freshness (extremely rare), do not consume. If this is the case, take a photo of your gel, how it came mailed you will then have to contact us immediately the day it is received in order to receive any replacement email powerhouse90.seamoss@gmail.com

 

If your package somehow becomes lost or stolen once shipped we cannot issue a refund, however all our packaging come with live tracking and are insured by the United States Post Service. If for some reason your package is lost or stolen once shipped contact your local USPS Store. If they cannot locate your package you can file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
